Remote Education

At Bridstow CE Primary School, we are committed to ensuring that all pupils can continue their learning when they are unable to attend school in person.

To support remote education, every pupil has access to a school-issued 1:1 iPad equipped with a range of accessibility features and learning applications. This enables pupils to participate in live online lessons, access learning resources, submit work and communicate with their teachers.

Depending on individual circumstances, pupils may join live lessons remotely alongside their classmates who are learning in school, or access a fully remote learning programme when attendance is not possible. Our approach aims to maintain continuity of learning, preserve connections with teachers and peers, and ensure that all pupils can continue to make progress regardless of location.

Where required, we will work closely with families to ensure pupils can access remote learning effectively and receive appropriate support to meet their individual needs.
